Management Team

Callum joined the club during the 2022/23 season, originally as part of the Under 23's management team before being promoted to First Team Assistant Manager in the summer of 2023. A committed, enthusiastic coach, Callum moved into the joint first team managers role with Mike Baker in March 2024, with the duo quickly delivering a first senior trophy for the club in 18 years in the shape of the Hastings FA Intermediate Cup.

Mike left his position to take up an opportunity with a higher level club in September 2024, with Callum taking the reigns as sole first team manager.

Whilst Callum is the first team manager, he also has a support team to help him run the show on the pitch.
